    Man Wah

    Often referred to as Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining space, Michelin-starred Man Wah has been delighting guests with its exquisite Cantonese fare since 1968. Its revitalized interiors frame Hong Kong’s renowned city skyline and iconic Victoria Harbour as the main attraction seen from the 25th floor.

    This dining institution continues its legacy as an exquisite homage to time-honored Cantonese cuisine where discerning diners can discover often overlooked culinary gems and forgotten delicacies alongside an array of refined classics.

    Mandarin Grill + Bar

    Long renowned as Hong Kong's favourite dining room, the Mandarin Grill + Bar has retained its Michelin star for the third consecutive year. It is here that talented Executive Chef, Uwe Opocensky, serves an exciting adaptation of grill specialities with a dash of progressive gastronomy. High-quality organic ingredients and seasonal inspired dishes remain the backbone of this restaurant, however Uwe's ingenious touches adds an otherwise unexpected flair.

    Cafe Causette

    Cafe Causette offers contemporary all-day dining, with something for everyone.  The lively show-kitchens serve Asian and international dishes such as Nasi Goreng, Hainan Chicken Rice to The Mandarin Burger and pizza's which are considered by locals as the best in town.  The extensive menu is a firm favourite for Hong Kong residents and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong's famed afternoon tea is also served here. 

    Clipper Lounge

    The Clipper Lounge is fondly referred to as "Hong Kong's sitting room" and offers a relaxing haven throughout the day.  The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and legendary afternoon teas, are served with elegance and style, making the Clipper Lounge a long-established rendezvous for both social and business gatherings.  Famed for its seasonal guest chefs and themed art teas, the Clipper Lounge is a place to see and to be seen.

    The Chinnery

    The Chinnery's club-like atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind and escape from the hustle of Hong Kong.  Guests can enjoy a menu of traditional British dishes such as bangers & mash, fish & chips, alongside a selection of Indian curries at both lunch and dinner.  Boasting over 120 varieties of whiskies, The Chinnery offers the most extensive collection in the region.  Guests can also enjoy a chilled draft beer, served in a custom-made silver tankard.

    Captain’s Bar

    Home to perfectly roasted coffee and luxurious hot chocolate that is served with its own chocolate spoon, The Mandarin Cake Shop has been delighting guests and local residents for over 25 years.  Chef Yves Matthew offers home-made delicacies including pastries, chocolates, breads and incredible cakes, which are showcased alongside exquisite cake sculputres.

    Set in the heart of the hotel's vibrant kitchen, The Krug Room is a 'must-try' for all visiting gastronomes. This intimate dining space offers excitement and intrigue throughout. Executive Chef, Uwe Opocensky's brilliant menus showcase his creative talent. Expect the unexpected and watch the tantalizing dishes arrive in front of you and amaze and stimulate all the senses.
